Gentle Root Canal Therapy
If your tooth is suffering from a large crack, cavity, severe pain, or an abscess, Dr. Rich might recommend gentle root canal therapy to help save it.
If the idea of a root canal makes you feel nervous, don’t let it! We will make sure you are fully "numbed up." Your comfort is always our priority at Poway Dental Arts and we have oral sedation options or laughing gas available to help you relax during root canal therapy. Some people even fall asleep during their root canal!
CEREC Same-Day Dental Crowns
Dr. Rich is certified to use the CEREC crown restoration system. This system makes it possible for patients to receive a customized crown on the same day of their appointment rather than having to wait 2 weeks for a crown to be created and placed.
Dental Bridges
You don’t have to live with a gap in your smile! Our Poway dental practice offers metal free bridges, crafted from porcelain and Zirconia to replace your missing tooth. These oral prostheses are made up of two or more crowns that fill a gap in missing teeth. The crown on either end is called an "abutment," and is bonded onto existing teeth to support the bridge.

A dental implant can’t fix itself and if you try to treat it yourself, you could end up causing more damage to your mouth.
All-on-4® Dental Implants
With All-on-4 dental implants are stabilized together with a prosthesis to allow you to use your teeth immediately. If you are a good candidate for All-on-4 dental implants, you can expect to have your teeth in just one day! Everyone’s case is unique but the majority of the work will be done by Dr. Rich before the implant surgery.
Full And Partial Dentures
For patients missing all of their teeth, we offer traditional dentures to give you back the function, feel and appearance of your natural teeth.
