Dr. Peter Rich, DMD
A native of Cape Cod, Dr. Rich graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. After graduation, he completed an intense one-year residency in advanced general dentistry, followed by three years on active duty in the U.S. Navy. Dr. Rich has practiced in Poway for the last seven years and prior to that he was located in La Jolla. He is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and he is an active member of the San Diego County Dental Society.
Additionally, he regularly donates his time to the County Dental Society for the “Give Kids a Smile” program and Team Smile events, and the CDA Cares program.
Dr. Rich has extensive training in implant dentistry and restorations, including "3 on 6" full mouth rehabilitation. These cases are a perfect mixture of all the skills Dr. Rich has accumulated over 20+ years of practice.
When he's not making beautiful smiles you can most likely find him mountain biking, camping, or snowboarding with his family!
